I (Claire) love this episode. It helps explain what exactly we are talking about when we talk about wholeness. What does wellness look like or feel like? What is it that we are aiming for? Justin and Abi explore this topic in a lighthearted but informed way.  

Becoming well is not a matter of failing or winning. It happens over time. And the more healthy we become, the more we can accept that we’re not perfect – we’re messy and human. This helps us become able to see everyone else’s humanity more respectfully.

If you are wanting to grow a little more, you will not want to miss this episode. James and I have not conquered this list (we don’t think that’s possible), but we see ourselves moving towards it, and wow! Is that encouraging!
